This halberd is made of storm glass, and crackles with tiny sparks.
- You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
- Once per turn, when you hit a creature with this weapon, the target takes an extra 3d6 Lightning damage.
- It has 9 charges and regains 1d6 + 3 expended charges daily at dawn. While holding it, you can expend charges to cast one of the following spells from it (save DC 18, +10 to hit): Shatter (2 charges), Call Lightning (3 charges), Chain Lightning (6 charges).
Curse. While attuned, you can't knowingly speak a lie, though you can stay silent.
Quirk. It occasionally mutters in its sleep, always the same name.
History. Blessed by a forgotten god whose last temple is now a farmhouse.
