These terms govern your use of TradeBid Radar, operated by SlowFireLabs. By creating an alert or using the site you agree to them.

The service

TradeBid Radar reports U.S. government contract awards, matched to companies, and emails you the ones that match your preferences. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with the U.S. government. Nothing we publish is investment advice. See our disclaimer.

No guarantees

We work to make alerts accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee that every award will be captured, that company matches or revenue figures are correct, or that information is complete or current. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for verifying details with the official source.

Pro subscriptions

• Pro costs $19 per month (plus any applicable tax), billed in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time from the billing link; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at high volume, resell alert content as your own data product, use the service to manipulate markets, interfere with the service or sign up other people without their permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TradeBid Radar is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers before they take effect.
